2018 York District Rally

when: saturday, February 24, at Bethany and St. Paul United Methodist Churches in Red Lion, PA.   The event will begin at 10:00 A.M. with separate clergy and laity rallies.  The Clergy Rally will be held at Bethany UMC with Rev. Dr. Dennis Keller as the keynote speaker.  The Laity Rally will be held at St. Paul’s UMC with Kay Kotan as the keynote speaker.  There will be workshops led by Conference and District personnel on a variety of subjects from 1:15 to 2:45 pm.  At 3:00 pm we will gather together for a time of worship with Bishop Park and Dan Stokes.  Bag lunches will be provided to all who attend.  This event is REQUIRED for all pastors and clm’s and other laity leading congregations.  The event is free but you need to register by February 15 by e-mailing the District Office at york@susumc.org or calling the District Office at 717-755-8863.  This event is only held every two years so please plan on attending this year-it is worth the day!!
