Quincy and Mont Alto UMCs sponsor many other Outreach Ministry, both local and nationwide.

• QUMC sponsors a family throughout the year by providing assistance with clothing, food, and gifts.
• QUMC provides monthly support to the New Hope Shelter.
• MAUMC supports various organizations through their mission offerings collected in those months that have 5 Sundays.  These offerings include both local and global causes.  
• MAUMC and QUMC each have a card ministry that sends cards of encouragement to those on our prayer list.  
• QUMC also has a card ministry with college students from their congregation.
• MAUMC and QUMC visit the shut-ins affiliated with their congregations who are homebound or in nursing homes.  In addition to the visits, the shut-ins receive weekly mailings containing devotions, word searches, trivia, and other items to keep them involved.
• Both churches provide donations to the Waynesboro Community Human Services, including school supplies, Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys, and other requested items.  
• Both churches also send annual donations to the Henderson Settlement in Kentucky.
