Mont Alto and Quincy UMCs and the Central Baptist Church participate in several cooperative community ministries.

• Community Easter Sunrise Service at the Mont Alto State Park Pavilion - the three churches gather at the Pavilion at 7 am to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  Breakfast follows at Central Baptist Church.
• Vacation Bible School - each summer, we host a free VBS for children from Kindergarten through Elementary.  The five-night program includes time for a lesson, VBS songs, crafts, games, and snacks.

Mont Alto and Quincy UMCs and the Central Baptist Church also participate in community activities sponsored by the Mont Alto Borough.

• Fall Festival - last year, South Franklin Charge hosted a yard sale booth at the festival and MAUMC had a bake sale table with homemade pies and candy.
• Trunk or Treat - the three churches set up at the fire hall parking area and distribute goodies to the Halloween trick-or-treaters
• Christmas Tree Lighting - the three churches host hot chocolate and cookies at Mont Alto UMC after the tree lighting.  We also provide crafts for the children.
