Heart & Soles is an outreach program to assist local children in need of clothing and other non-food essentials.  The mission offers Target and Walmart gift cards to the Fayetteville, New Franklin, and Mowrey elementary school counselors to keep on hand throughout the school year for emergencies that might arise.  The counselors, in turn, identify the students in need, determine what is needed, and purchase the items for the children.
