When Daniel Kwadwo Akomea-Agyin accepted his call into ministry, he had been preaching since 2012 on Facebook. After that personal encounter in 2019/2020, he led various ministerial positions at his Church in Ghana (Calvary Methodist Church Ghana), including:  Preaching as a Lay Preacher (certified Lay Preacher since 2023); Society/Local Youth Organizer, Women’s Fellowship Patron & Prayer Lead, Youth Preacher, Men’s Fellowship Secretary, Evangelism Team Lead, Prayer Team Lead, Liturgical Lead. 

He continues to minister on Social media, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels. He loves to preach, teach, pastor, disciple and support people on their spiritual journey, and help people. Since coming to the United States in September 2022 to begin the pursuit of an MDIV Degree, he has held the following positions at Church:

• New Life International UMC Alexandria, Virginia:  Preaching and training young people to preach, Liturgical Lead, Pastoral Counseling, Youth & Children Service Lead, Digital and IT Lead for new systems worth $300K in new building (Increased Social media subscription by 75% and viewership by 1000%)
• Greenwood Memorial UMC_Dorchester, Boston MA:  Preaching, Pastoral Counseling, Liturgical Designer and Lead, Volunteer Teacher at the Summer Accelerator Program, IT and Digital Lead for new website build and Social Media Engagement improvement

Since September 2022, he has preached and served under various capacities at New Life International UMC, Alexandria, Virginia, Greenwood Memorial UMC, Dorchester, Boston, MA, Washington Church of the Brethren in Washington, DC, and Hope United Methodist Church in Vienna, VA.

Daniel Kwadwo Akomea-Agyin brings 15 years of progressive professional experience in the IT and Telecommunications sector into Ministry. An expert in digital transformation, project management, solution design, and business analysis, his career spanned multiple industries—Telecommunications, Banking, Government, Oil and Gas, Education, and Fintech—leading high-impact projects across Africa and Europe. He holds a Master of Research in Business Administration (Advanced MBA) and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a focus on ICT and Telecommunications.

Since July 2025, Daniel has been serving as one of two pastors overseeing a 13-point charge within the United Methodist Church, faithfully preaching in three churches each Sunday.

Daniel believes that he is called to serve, to innovate, and to empower others through faith/discipleship, and hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. He has authored and published 3 books which are currently on Amazon (ACTIVATE GOD’S PRESENCE AT WILL; FERVENT WISDOM; & HOW TO WALK WITH GOD)

He is married to his longtime friend, Nancy (9 years of friendship, and married for 11 years), and they have been blessed with 3 wonderful children ages 11, 8, and 6.)
